This article presents research into a strength-focused resilience-building seminar within a university curriculum. The results indicate high scores for satisfaction, and 90% of students reported at least one of the six building blocks for resilience as being beneficial to them. Evidence of self-reported positive behaviour change emerged for a substantial proportion of students. The resource illustrates a cost-effective approach to developing resilience literacy in higher education students. The seminar could be integrated as a universal strategy to promote resilience in universities.
