Growth mindsets and developing intelligence

Growth mindsetThis is a practical resource underpinned by evidence from Stanford University’s applied research centre on academic mindsets. It provides activities to introduce students to the concept that intelligence can be developed. The resource is designed for users to adapt and edit the activities to meet the needs of different students. For example, the video resources could be used as standalone material to support peer-led workshops and mentoring. The lesson plan could provide a useful resource for student mentors to use with school-age pupils as part of widening participation work.
