Student resilience stories and case studies

Student resilience storiesThis student-facing resource features relatable stories and useful recommendations for building resilience. Underpinned by interview-based research, student experiences are presented as case studies and grouped under specific resilience themes, for example ‘sense of purpose.’ The booklet includes a resilience self-rating scale activity, and a resources guide, which is mainly specific to Leeds Metropolitan University. The higher education sector could use this resource with students in a more bitesize fashion, for example through social media articles. Also, the resource could be broken up into separate articles and/or shareable content to make it more useable.
