This is an eight week course focusing on developing career resilience. The content includes video, images and interactive content, with clear targets and tasks. The resource adapts a model for personal resilience by Lyn Worsley (The Resilience Centre, Australia), focusing on how individuals draw on the resources around them. There’s potential for the resource to be generalised beyond the career context: for example, individual tools such as the Holmes-Rahe life stress inventory might be used independently.
